We back up the design and deployment of our systems with industry standard computer aided modeling and analysis software in addition to testing and system performance verification close out documentation.
Chris Burke brings a unique perspective to Burke Brothers Sound from his vast experience as an audio engineer for live events, an audio visual system design engineer and control system applications engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Technology and Business from The University of Akron and has worked in the live event and audio visual integration industry for over 15 years.
Our Name The company name Burke Brothers Sound is based on a childhood partnership between brothers Joe and Chris Burke that began in the mid 1990s when the brothers were aspiring lighting designers, musicians and audio engineers. Working out of their family garage and basement the brothers spent their free time tinkering with old gear, building speaker cabinets and custom equipment racks with their Dad’s power tools. When the brothers left for college they took their skills with them and continued to provide sound for bands and play music for their friend’s parties while beginning to pick up valuable freelancing gigs as audio, lighting and video technicians. Today Joe works as an award winning video projection designer and content creator in Chicago and serves in an advisory role for Burke Brothers Sound LLC.
